1. GENERAL
These purchase terms apply to the purchase of goods from DAHRT Biocare AS.
The terms of purchase were last updated on 30 September 2021, and will take effect for all agreements

and is hereinafter referred to as «DAHRT», «we», «us» or «seller».
The buyer is the person who is stated as the buyer in the order regardless of the purchase channel, and is hereinafter referred to as «you», or «the customer». You must be 18 years of age to become a customer of DAHRT. 18 år for å bli kunde hos DAHRT.

3. SUBSCRIPTION
DAHRT sells the products on an ongoing subscription basis, or as a single product.
Subscription:
Delivery time is estimated by the chosen delivery alternative. Delivery happens in accordance with delivery frequency of every 2 months, with no purchase obligation or lock-in period. The subscription can be canceled continuously. Upon termination, the subscription is terminated immediately with effect from the next dispatch. You can at any time enter your account to arrange a break, change or cancel your subscription, or contact us at info@ceventrix.com.
Changes in products, delivery method and delivery frequency may occur. Notice of changes is sent in good time before they take effect. Minor changes, such as changed packaging, will not be notified beyond information on our websites.
Subscription subscription can be refused on objective grounds, such as attempted fraud, lack of creditworthiness and the like.
4. PRICES
Our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT 15%. The price of the product can vary depending on the sales channel, distribution and special offers. Prices are valid until they change. Notice of price changes is sent in good time before the changes take effect.
Postage and handling fees are in addition to each shipment in accordance with current rates, unless otherwise agreed.
5. DELIVERY
We send our shipments at the agreed delivery frequency with Bring. If the delivery time does not follow from the ordering solution, we will deliver the item without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days from your order.
You can choose where you want the product sent to you. Shipping price is somewhat different for the different options. This is selected at check-out.
For special offers, and for larger or more orders, it may happen that the order must be picked up at the post office due to size and weight.
Delivery is considered to have taken place when you, or your representative, have taken over the item.
In the event of delayed delivery, you may, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price, demand delivery, compensation or termination of the agreement.
6. PAYMENT
When ordering a subscription, you pay for 2 boxes at a time.
We accept the following payment methods: payment by credit card / debit card. Your card will be charged when the order is confirmed.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You are protected by the Right of Withdrawal Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item on your first shipment. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day. The cancellation deadline is considered complied with if notification is sent before the expiry of the deadline. When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent back within 14 days after notification of the use of the right of withdrawal has been sent to the seller.
The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase for an unopened product and return the item. In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must therefore be returned to us in the same quantity and condition as you received it. If the value of the item is reduced more than necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, you must cover this loss of value. Unless otherwise agreed, you will cover the direct costs of returning the item.The return address is the address given in point 2.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from when we receive notification from you. We have the right to withhold payment until we have received the goods that have been sent back, or until you have submitted documentation that the item has been sent.
We make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.. 8. COMPLAINTS
If the delivered item has defects, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the error, re-delivery, price reduction, compensation or termination of the agreement.
If there is a defect in the item, you must, within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered, give the seller a notice that you want to claim the defect. You have always advertised in time if it happens within 2 months of the defect being discovered. The right to make a complaint is limited to complaints within the product’s expiry date as stated on the packaging, and no later than 2 years after you received the product. In the event of a late complaint, you lose the right to claim the defect.
The right of complaint applies in addition to the right of withdrawal.
In the event of a complaint, errors and defects, you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs. We make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
9. SELLER'S RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF THE CUSTOMER'S DEFAULT
If you do not pay or fulfill the other obligations under the agreement or the law, and this is not due to the seller or conditions on the seller’s side, we can according to the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act chapter 9, depending on the circumstances, withhold the item, demand fulfillment of the agreement, demand termination of the agreement and claim compensation from you.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

11. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can send an email to info@ceventrix.com. Your inquiries regarding actual purchases and orders will be answered within a reasonable time, and preferably within 48 hours.
12. RESERVATIONS
Seller reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to another party. Reservations are also made regarding downtime, printing errors, incorrect prices, value added and other tax changes or delivery problems due to conditions beyond our control.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect use of products. Follow the recommended dosage on the package. The product should be used in consultation with healthcare professionals.
13. CHANGE IN THE PURCHASE TERMS
These terms of purchase are subject to changes in the event of special needs and / or legislative changes, orders or recommendations. When changing the terms, you will be notified of this. Such notice is given no later than 1 month before the changes take effect. If, based on the changed terms, you wish to terminate the agreement, you are free to do so. Failure to terminate the agreement after changing the terms of the agreement means that you accept the updated terms and conditions. New terms will be announced on our website in combination with sending out the new terms.
14. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
If you want to complain about your purchase, contact us by email. Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. section 8.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably. If this does not succeed, you can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or at www.forbrukerradet.no. www.forbrukerradet.no.
If mediation does not succeed, you or the seller can bring the case before the Consumer Complaints Committee or the courts. The seller is obliged to comply with decisions in the Consumer Complaints Committee. The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. The right venue is Oslo District Court.
