DAHRT Biocare publishes a review article describing the science behind CEVENTRIX™

CEVENTRIX™ is the first product in our portfolio and is based on more than 15 years of research by the scientific community in the role of gut health in MS. This research includes the changes in gut health, the effect on the immune system and how this affects MS outcomes.

To bring the various efforts together and test the concept of CEVENTRIX™ with the scientific community, DAHRT Biocare has published a review article in “Frontiers in Immunology”, a well-respected, peer-reviewed journal. The article describes the scientific justification of using CEVENTRIX™ in MS and discusses relevant findings within immune regulation. As of today, this article has been accessed over 1000 times.

The review has been co-authored with Prof. Philip Calder from the University of Southampton in the UK. We are very grateful for his contribution and support. Prof. Calder is an expert in nutrition sciences and is one of the most published nutritional scientists of our day.

The article was reviewed by 4 reviewers showing a high level of scrutiny and validation. For full transparency, the article states the reviewers, and these were of the highest calibre, including researchers from Sweden, Italy and Spain.
